Candidate interview project

The Oregon 2020 project interviews candidates for county district attorney, state legislature, state courts, Secretary of State, US Congress, and those Oregon residents aspiring to the presidency.

It seeks conversation with candidates from across the political spectrum. Its purpose is to let Oregonians hear directly from those who would represent them.

The approximately 30-minute long conversations explore candidate's personal and professional views on current issues, based on questions complied from examining their voting and campaign finance records, social media and news reports.

Interviews will be distributed, by broadcast and podcast, throughout the Oregon Community Media network, which is a consortium of nearly 30 non-profit radio stations in the state.

The site will be periodically updated to show who has been most recently interviewed, as well as links to those interviews. Photos may not necessarily correspond with interview links.

The state and the nation are on a critical path.  People wanting to be interviewed, get information about being interviewed or learn about the Candidate Interview Project in general, should click the "Contact Us" button, (ignore the default request) and submit their question or comment.
